Andrea joined University Dental Care in October 2023 having spent the last 15 years in healthcare management for Hywel Dda University Health Board within Primary Care. Andrea gained her HND and ILM in Leadership and Management in December 2021 in UWTSD Carmarthen.

Goldy Cleetez is a qualified Dental Surgeon having gained her BDS in Kerala University of Health Science in India, after achieving her BDS Goldy came to Swansea University to study Public Health, and gained her MSc in 2022. Goldy joined University Dental Care in 2022 as Dental Therapist, whilst preparing for her ORE examinations which she passed in 2024. Goldy is now working in the scope of a dentist and has commenced PLVE under the mentorship of Dr Gayathri Kini, practice principal.

Maheswari gained her Bachelor of Dental Surgery in India in 2022, and then came to Swansea University to complete her MSc in Public Health in 2023, she joined University Dental Care in October 2024.

Preethi started working at University Dental Care in December 2022 as a Trainee Dental Nurse. Preethi is a qualified dentist in India, having gained her BDS at Al Azhar Dental College, Kerala, India in 2018. Preethi moved to Swansea with her husband in 2020 and gained her MSc in Healthcare Management in 2023 here at Swansea University; Preethi has already completed part of her Overseas Registration Examination and is a UK GDC registered Dental Therapist and Dental Hygienist and she is now waiting to sit the second examination to be allowed to practice all aspects of dentistry in the United Kingdom. Preethi spends a lot of her spare time studying, when not studying she enjoys, gardening and potting plants etc, Preethi is also expecting her first child in July.

Ffion is our dental hygienist and been with University Dental Care since January 2025. Ffions passion for dentistry began in school, when she chose a local dental practice to complete her work experience; since then Ffion was captivated.  Following school, Ffion studied Dental Nursing in Porstmouth for 2 years, being a qualified dental nurse was not enough for Ffion, from there she went straight to Cardiff University to complete her diploma in Dental Therapy and Hygiene to finally achieve her dream in 2011.

Since graduating in 2011; Ffion has kept herself busy; She has previously been working within the Community Dental Service along with being the Senior Oral Health Promotion & Dental Services Manager. Ffions passion and enthusiasm for her role is exactly what makes  her the ideal hygienist and therapist.

Originally from Aberystwyth, Chelsea moved to Swansea and joined University Dental Care in September 2023. Since she joined the team Chelsea has excelled in her role; and since become Head Dental Nurse. In her spare time Chelsea likes to spend time with her sister and her niece and nephew. Chelsea also enjoys weekends away and mini city breaks with her partner Max.

Nicola has been working for University Dental Care for a year, she is a qualified dental nurse who has been working in the dental industry for over 20 years. Nicola has also previously worked for 111 as an emergency call handler triaging patients with dental problems. Nicola’s knowledge and previous experience makes her the ideal person to triage your call. Nicola is also currently studying for her BA in Leadership and Management at Swansea University. Nicola enjoys her spare time with her family and friends, not forgetting her beloved dog Florence.

Rajasri started working at University Dental Care in April 2025 as a Trainee Dental Nurse. Rajasri is a qualified dentist in India, having gained her BDS at Saveetha Dental College, India in 2023. Rajasri moved to Swansea in 2023 and is currently studying for her MSc in Healthcare Management here at Swansea University; Once Rajasri has completed her Masters degree, she is hoping to sit her Overseas Registration Examination to enable her to practice dentistry in the United Kingdom.

Anjana started at University Dental Care in November 2024, as a Trainee Dental Nurse. Anjana is a qualified dentist in India, having gained her BDS at Century International Institute of Dental Science & Research Center, Kerala in 2021. Anjana moved to Swansea with her husband in 2023 and gained her MSc in Public Health Promotion in 2024 here at Swansea University; she is now eagerly awaiting her Overseas Registration Examination to be allowed to practice dentistry in the United Kingdom. When Anjana is not studying she likes to spend her time painting.
