We understand that you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, but please give as much notice as possible, at least 24 hours notice is required as minimum.

Patients who fail to attend or cancel their appointment without sufficient notice for a second time may risk being de-registered by the practice.

We are a busy practice but we cannot compensate for the time that is lost for failed/ late cancelled appointments.

We send out SMS text messages and emails 2 days before your appointment is due to remind you.

PLEASE UPDATE YOUR CONTACT DETAILS AT RECEPTION.

If you have missed your appointment and forgotten to tell us. Please contact us on 01792 602222, and we will try and reschedule your missed appointment. If you have failed to attend on more than one occassion, and have not informed us, the practice reserves the right to de-register patients for multiple non attendance. University Dental Care will endeavour to contact a patient either by telephone, email or post prior de-registration.
