The UDC Dental Care Plan is designed for patients who wish to attend our practice on a regular basis and have peace of mind that their preventive dental care is covered by convenient monthly payments and priority booking in the event of a dental emergency.
Our plan is administered by DPAS and there is an initial registration fee of £10.00
To join one of our Dpas plans you will need to complete a registration form about your medical history and privacy options, complete a Direct Debit mandate & authorisation form. Our reception team can process your registration and provide you with further information and guidance.

- Routine oral cancer screening
- Discounts on treatment
- Diet and oral hygiene advicee
- Eligibility to request assistance from the Worldwide Dental Emergency Assistance Scheme (subject to conditions)
1 + 1 PLAN £12.95 per month
- 1 x dental health examination per year
- 1 x hygiene appointment per year which includes a scale and polish and periodontal advice
2+2 plan £23.10 per month
- 2 x dental health examinations per year
- 2 x hygiene appointments per year which includes a scale and polish and periodontal advice
2+4 plan £34.00 per month
- 2 x dental health examinations per year
- 4 x hygiene appointments per year which includes a scale and polish and periodontal advice
CHILDRENS PLANS
Level 1 (3-12 years) £5.50 per month

Level 2 (12 – 19 years) £12.95 per month
• 2 x dental health examinations per year
